Fleur + Form is a floral design studio based in Barrington, Illinois, creating distinctive arrangements for gifting, homes, businesses, and events throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Our work combines expressive color, sculptural shapes, and unexpected details. Each design takes its direction from the person, place, or occasion, whether it’s a personal gift or an immersive brand experience.
Meet the Founder
I’m Promiti, the Founder and Creative Director behind Fleur + Form.
Before working with flowers, I built a career in marketing, thinking about how brands express themselves, connect with people, and create memorable experiences. Moving into floral design gave me a tangible way to bring those ideas to life through color, texture, and form.
That marketing perspective continues to shape my work. I look beyond which flowers would be beautiful together to consider what a design should communicate, who it’s meant for, and how it will feel in its setting. A personal gift begins with the recipient. A brand activation begins with the identity and experience behind it.
This approach has led to work for Ferrari, Burberry, Nike, and Bvlgari, alongside the personal orders that remain at the heart of the studio.
Today, I lead a growing team, bringing a marketer’s understanding of purpose and a floral designer’s eye to every project.
