Have something specific in mind? Our Custom Arrangement option is designed around your vision.

Choose your preferred budget, then share your color palette, flower preferences, occasion or inspiration in the Order Notes at checkout. Feel free to include as much or as little direction as you’d like. You can also send us an email with your Order # and requests to info@fleurandform.com

We’ll create a one-of-a-kind arrangement using the best seasonal blooms available, thoughtfully sourced and designed in the signature Fleur + Form style.

Custom arrangements require a minimum of 4 days’ notice to allow time for sourcing. Specific flower varieties are subject to seasonal and market availability, and substitutions may be made while staying true to your requested look and feel.
